Delivery and Returns

UK Delivery 3-5 working days from dispatch.  All UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery.  If nobody is available to sign for the package a delivery card will be left and the package will be taken to your local Royal Mail depot.
International Delivery 5-10 working days from dispatch.  In some cases this can be slightly longer.
Orders outside the UK may incur additional import duties and custom charges.
Goods will not be dispatched on weekends or bank holidays.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day, Monday.
You will have a choice of options at checkout, and we ship anywhere in the world.  
If you are not completely happy with the product you have chosen you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 14 working days of you receiving your goods. The cuff must be returned with no marks or evidence of wear, and in the original Crystal Cuffs packaging. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
All our items are made using 100% leather, which by nature is variable in colour and finish, and any natural irregularities in the leather are not seen as faulty. If you should have any crystals break during the season they were purchased in, we are happy to replace at our discretion. Please note our Jewellery Care advice.
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 7 working days as we will not process claims for goods received as faulty after this period.
All refunds will be credited to the original debit or credit card within 14 days of the items being returned. Please note that the refund will exclude all shipping costs.

2. Notify Crystal Cuffs of your return via email
3. Cuffs should be returned to the following address:

Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Crystal Cuffs is not responsible for the cost of returning items or for any item that is lost or damaged in transit.

Please note all Crystal Cuffs bespoke products are made to order, therefore they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty. In this situation, please contact us directly for advice.
